Production in modern society is done through division of labour and most products take the form of commodities. Commodities are produced, sold, and have a price because they are useful to people. This work is to show the process how apples are sold as commodities through the form of an apple. Information on manmade products are contained in advertisements designed for consumption. This is something that happens daily in societies in where people live together. When selecting a product to consume we actually receive information on products and mistakenly led to believe that we freely chose the product from the beginning. As an example information on organic apples are shown to induce consumption, and consumers make the judgement that they are healthier than other apples, leading to consumption.
